Life in an apartment here, is still a new and growing concept. This low cost mini apartment with five rentable housing units is built on just a ten perch land. On a plot of land that seems quite small for the task, as urban sites usually are, the quality of interior space holds the most significant role. Each unit has a simple open plan living and dining, and spacious rooms with natural light and ventilation. When living in the air, balconies become verandahs that link the outdoors.
