Nadun Saputhantri is a dedicated and hardworking individual in the architectural profession. He is an associate member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Architects (SLIA), having obtained his chartered qualification in 2011. He cultivated his career after graduating from University of Moratuwa, working a seven year span for Thisara Thanapathy Architects. He has actively worked in the field of architecture for more than twelve years, acquiring a comprehensive intellect and understanding in design.

He has a clear vision and love for the architectural craft, which is reflected in his work. He believes in the beauty of authenticity, that a building has a soulful quality that arrives from a more authentic and organic place, unique to its landscape, true to its spatial and material expression.

He values tranquility and simplicity over the hyper-ornate, and values composing, over manufacturing and mass-producing. Architecture is the art of visual and volumetric composition that consequently evokes feeling and emotion. The consciousness for architectural detail and spatial quality, and the eagerness for perceiving and interpreting the surrounding context and landscape into his designs, are some of the key aspirations for his work.
