This site is a scenic oceanfront, recreational and unique, with an uninterrupted panoramic view of the ocean. Thus the hotel complex is meant to run on the contours along the natural terrain to merge with the landscape and preserve its unique character. The vibrant color palette of red brown soil, black rocks, green vegetation and blue waters that make up the site, has inspired a simple, soft and colorful, fair-faced concrete form. The roofs are turfed as gardens that are a part of the top landscape. Every space connects to the ocean with views that romanticize the tropical island life.
